Refund & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and ensure each item is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, due to the nature of skincare products, we have the following policies:

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on products once purchased.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are only accepted if you have received the wrong item. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.
  • Fragrance & Texture Preferences: Scent and texture are subjective; we do not accept returns based on personal preferences.
  • Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
