- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on products once purchased.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are only accepted if you have received the wrong item. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.
- Fragrance & Texture Preferences: Scent and texture are subjective; we do not accept returns based on personal preferences.
- Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
